February saw Manhattan’s average sales price climb to $2,551,625, reflecting a 22.4% jump from January and a remarkable 47.8% increase year-over-year. Inventory also saw a slight uptick to 5,909 active listings, while 789 contracts were signed, marking a 14.5% increase from January.

Brooklyn continues to shine, with the average sales price reaching $1,377,247, up 4% from January and 15.8% from last year. The market remained active, with 479 contracts signed, a 27.7% rise month-over-month, highlighting continued demand.
