During the week of 11/25 - 12/1, the Manhattan luxury real estate market, encompassing properties priced at $5M and above, experienced a slight dip with 15 contracts signed (12 condos and 3 co-ops), compared to 21 the previous week. Over in Brooklyn, where the luxury market includes properties priced at $2M and above, 11 contracts were signed—5 condos, 1 co-op, and 5 houses—a decline from the previous week’s 22 deals. Despite the seasonal slowdown, opportunities remain strong for buyers and sellers seeking to navigate the market.
